Refund policy

I have the right to refund, partially refund, or deny refund depending on situation, intent, and circumstances before and after providing services,  Any last minute change of booking or event that changes booking will be up to operating practice to determine result of refund, and any last minute change in booking or consultation should be notified at least 30 minutes prior to designated meeting times.
